All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Fenix Fixtures Parts and Finishes are warranted to the original purchaser, as long as they own the property in which the fixtures were installed, for the following timeframes. In each of the below, warranty begins from date of original purchase and only good for products purchased directly from Fenix Fixtures or one of its authorized resellers/distributors. Warranty is non-transferrable.
- Homeowner - 5 Years
- Multifamily/Rentals (non-owner occupied units rented or leased for minimum 30 days, not included are short term rentals such as Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. those rental types would fall under the commercial warranty below) - 3 years
- Commercial - 1 years
Fenix Fixtures will repair or replace, free of charge, any parts that are defective and not due to improper installation or improper use. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, uninstall or reinstall fixtures are not covered. Fenix Fixtures may opt, in its full discretion, to refund the purchase price in return for the product if repair or replacement is not practical.
Warranty claim must be made via email and must include model number and receipt from original purchase. warranty@fenixfixtures.com
